Kinetic control vs thermodynamic control

Kinetic Control:      

The product that forms faster is called the kinetic product and the conditions which give rise to kinetic product are called kinetic control.

Thermodynamic Control:

The product that forms faster is called the Thermodynamic product and the conditions which give rise to kinetic product are called Thermodynamic control.

Summary.

At low temperature, the reaction is under kinetic control (rate, irreversible conditions) and the major product is that from the fastest reaction. At high temperature, the reaction is under thermodynamic control (equilibrium, reversible conditions) and the major product is the more stable system.
