Week 11: WE Domains (Literature)

‘World Englishes’ reveals an area of study which concerns itself with the linguistic, socio-cultural and pedagogical aspects of Englishes around the world. This session will focus on the literary production of World Englishes which draws on the elements of World Englishes particularly the linguistic and socio-cultural. 

Generally speaking, English literature produced by non-native writers differs from that of native English writers not only in diction and tyle, but also in the handling of themes.
