Histology of Salivary Glands
The salivary glands are divided into two main groups:
1)The major salivary glands
2) The minor salivary glands.
Objective:
The students should be able to describe
1) The difference between serous cells and mucous cells.
2) Identify myoepithelial cells
3) Differentiate between parotid , submandibular and sublingual gland.
