The Digestive System consists of two main components: the Digestive tract, and large glands.
The Digestive process begins in the mouth and continues in the stomach and small intestine.
Anatomically the Digestive tract can be divided into two main parts:
The Oral Cavity
The Tubular Digestive tract includes esophagus, stomach,small intestine and large intestine.
Objective :
The students should be able to describe:
- Differentiate between Filiform,Fungiform,Circumvallate and Folliate Papillae.
- Identify Taste buds
