Magisterial and Session Trail
When we go though the lecture on the administration of criminal justice system, then we shall come to know that in Pakistan basically there are three classes of criminal courts i.e. High Court, Court of Sessions and Court of Magisterate, Each of the court has been invested with the powers to conduct trail of various offences and similarly having similar procedure to conduct the trail proceedings.
