Evidence Supplementary

After framing of charge, the court calls the witnesses and evidence of each side so that court may, on the basis of evidence so adduced by the parties, come to the conclusion of judgment about fact in issue/s. In this regard court shall also have to observe the provisions as enumerated under the provisions of Qanoon e Shahadat Order 1984.
