Arrest and Search

Whenever an offence is committed then law has always taken its course, as for the purpose of investifation, fair conduct of trail and preventing the accused from committing further crimes the law requires that accused be taken into its custody. For these purposes framers of law have provided the provisions of arrest and the standard operating procedures to be adopted after the arrest of the accused.
