Miners and unsound mind person who are legally incapable of filing and defendend their suits has been provided assistance as per procedures laid down in order 32 and the persons who does not posses sufficent funds for the payment of court fee has been graced with a concession to file their suits without court fee in the capacity of a pauper as per procedure provided in the order 33
