Order 41: Rule 1 to 37 (Week 2)

The students were taught about the forum of appeal memorendum of appeal ,grounds of appeal rejection and ammendmend of memorendum stay of the proceedings of lower court and execution of the decree procedure of recording additional evidence and the power of appealent code with respect to remand acceptance and rejection of appeal. They were also taught about the cross objection and thier format procedures and limitations for filing cross objections. They were also informed about the procedure of judgement and decree in appeal.
