Person entitled from the personal exemption before the appearnce of court there authority and grounds of exemption as provided in section 132, 133 and cases in which the defended can be arrrested other then the execution of a decree as provided in section 134 and procedure for the application for restitution to the position prior to the order of the court through which the applicant was disposesed as provided in section 144.
