Power of the civil courts to enlarge time fixed by the court and power to order the defficency of court fee has been provided in section 148 and 149 civil cour has inharent powerd to do any act for the sake of justice between the parties not specifically provided in CPC void section 151 while the court has limited powers to ammend its own order and decree as per law contained in section 152 CPC
