1. Introduction to Course: Strategic HR is defined as relationship between skilled employess and organizational goals. With the growth of knowledge work and knowledge economy human resources have increased in importance for the firm, and therefore appropriate strategies for anaging these resources have become critical to competition between companies. To manage this a strong leadership is required to impliment successful strategies in organization.
  2. Course Pre-Requisite: Students should know the basic concept of HR management, HR strategies, decision making and leadership.
