1.  Introduction to Course: Business communication is exchanging information in order to promote an organization's goals, objectives, aims, and activities, as well as increase profits within the company. It is an art of exchanging opinions, thoughts, facts and ideas in an emphatic manner so that the person at the other end receives and understands in the same manner. it includes study and application of team communication and use of technology to facilitate the communication process. 
  2. Course Pre-requisite: Students should have the concept of communication and its flow.
  3. Learning outcomes: Students will be able to understand how communication works in organizations (top to down and down to top) and which types of skills are required to make this communication possible e.g. writing and presentation skills.
