Food Plant cleaning and sanitizing
In this lesson, all the types of unwanter matter including physical, chemical and biological deposits that need to be removed from the food processing are discussed. Moreover the types of cleaning (dry cleaning and wet cleaning) is breifed. Further more complete detail of detergant is discussed including acid, alkaline and surface active agents. Sanitizing of food plant is mandatory to reduce the microbial load from the equipment surfaces. All the methods of plant santization are discussed in this lesson.
