Cleaning and sanitizing procedures.

In this lesson, the manner in which cleaning agents are applied during cleaning are discussed along with the potential of detergants and sterilants. The conventional(dismantling) and modern( cleaning in place) methods of cleaning are explained in detail.All type of cleaning euipemts with their intensity is mentioned.Fundamentals of cleaning , factors affecting cleaning and evaluation of cleaning process are also discussed.
