Week 05-06(Crystal Binding)

Learning Outcomes:

Basic knowledge of phonons and various material properties will be analyzed. This implies that the student will:
- know what phonons are, and be able to perform estimates of their dispersive and thermal properties
- be able to calculate thermal and electrical properties. Bonding schemes will be discussed.
