Processing of cereals

In this lesson, in detail processing of different cereal is explained icluding rice dry milling, rice wet milling(paraboiling), corn wet milling and oats processing. Different cereal products are also dicussed along with their uses including corn flour, corn oil, oats grit and oat falkes. Further elaborating malting and brewing of grains, breakfast cereals and industrial uses of grains.
