Verb is a word that conveys an action, or a state of being. Verb is an action word.
For example, She "walked" to the store. Here, the word "walked" is showing some action, so it is a verb.
There are five main types of verb.
Main verb
Helping verb
Linking verb
Transitive verb
Intransitive verb.
