Pronoun: A word that can be used as a noun or at a place of noun is called pronoun.
For example, I, you, me, she, he, herself, it, that, they, each, few, many, who, whoever, whose, someone, everybody, etc.
Main and basic types of pronoun are, Subject pronoun, object pronoun, possessive pronoun.
Subject pronoun refers to the working person, for example, "he" . It is used when the pronoun is the subject of tge sentence. For example: -------- did the job. We can add any word here, which woud qualify itself to be tge subject pronoun.
Like, "He" did the job.
"I" did the job.
"We" did the job.
"They" did the job. Etc
Object pronoun refers to the receiver of the action, for exampe, "him". It include, me, him, herself, us, them, themselves etc. For example,
Jane saw "him".
Jane saw "them".
Jane saw "us". Etc
Possessive pronoun, shows the owership i-e. Something belongs to someone.
For example, yours, his, hers, its, ours, theirs, whose, etc. We don't use apostrophe for these words because it shows possession. We use apostrophy "s" just to show the contractions. E.g, "it's" is the contraction for "it is" or "it has".
Types of pronouns:
Reflexive pronoun
Personal pronoun
Demonstrative pronoun
Possessive pronoun
Reciprocal pronoun
Relative pronoun
Interrogative pronoun
Indefinite pronoun.
