Week 07-08
Learning Outcomes:
These lessons will focus on the Schrodinger Equation and its applications. The Schrodinger equation is used to find the allowed energy levels of quantum mechanical systems. The associated wave-function gives the probability of finding the particle at a certain position. The solution to this equation is a wave that describes the quantum aspects of a system.
Lecture 01: Schrodinger Equation, (a) Time Independent, and (b) Time-Dependent.
Lecture 02: Problems related to the Schrodinger Equation.
Lecture 03: Conservation of probability
Lecture 04:Infinitesimal transformations.
Lecture 05: Comparison between Heisenberg and Schrodinger Mechanics
Lecture 06: Applications of Schrodinger on various problems
