Case law on article 22 and 24
What article 22 says
Article: 22 Safeguards as to educational institutions in respect of religion, etc. 22. ... (b) no citizen shall be denied admission to any educational institution receiving aid from public revenues on the ground only of race, religion, caste or place of birth.
What article 24 says
24. Protection of property rights. -(1) No person shall be deprived of his property save in accordance with law. ... (4) The adequacy or otherwise of any compensation provided for by any such law as is referred to in this Article, or determined in pursuance thereof, shall not be called in question in any Court.
