From the previous discussons, we are of the undersdtanging that a property may be transferred with certain conditions. such type of transfer is known as Conditional or contigent transfer. However, all the conditions or contigencies attached to a transfer of an interest may not always be legal and allowed. Hence study of what type of condtions are invaild and the effect of invalid condtions attached to a transaction of ytransfer of property are of utomost imortance. moreover, the significance of condition prior or considtion subsequest is also relevant to the same topic. Therefore, it is advised to study Section 25 to section 29.
