week 1 Definitions
Every modern day statute tend to provide its own definitions and interpretations for the words and pharses to be used into it. In the same way, the Transfer of Property Act, 1882 contanied a detailed and exhaustive "interpretaion Clause' that conatnied the definition and explanation for the various baisc terms used in the said Act such as Instyurment, imoovable, Notice etc.
