Rights of the bonda fide holder under defective title in case of improvements made by him shall be discussed in detail. Moreover Fradulent transfer and part performance of the agreemnt to transfer a propetry wil remain under discussion. special focus wil be devoted to the Doctrine of Lis pendese that prohibts the transfer of any type of immobavle property regarding which any suit is pending in any court of Pakistan.
