Jurisdiction of the Court and The Commission.
All of the disputes related to the company matters are to be heard by the respective High Court. The details related to jurisdiction of the Court, creation of Benches, Procedure of the Court, and Procedure of appeal have been mentioned in sections 5 & 6 in The Companies Act, 2017.
Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan has regulating powers over various affairs of company. Powers and functions Commission are laid down in various provisions of The Companies Act, 2017, which are in addition to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan Act, 1997.
