Overall, the students will acquire knowledge and technical know-how about principles, instrumentation and applications of important chromatographic techniques such as GLC, HPLC alongwith recent advancements in these techniques. After acquiring the technical knowledge and successful accomplishment of this course, students will be able to apply these chromatographic techniques on practical grounds for qualitative and quantitative analysis of different chemical samples and characterization of various industrial and natural materials.
