Constitutional law is the fundamental law of any state. It controls and detemines the llimits of organs of the state. As such it plays significant role in any country.To learn and understand world policies along with its legal systems the study of the important constitutions like constitution of UK and USA is paramount. This course enables the students to learn fundamental laws of certain countries and to make a sound comparison between them.
