Week 1, Introduction to Comparative Constitutional law

Constitutional law is the fundamental law of any state. It controls and determines the limits if organs of any the state. As such it plays significant role in any country. to learn and understand world politics along with its legal systems the study of important constitutions like constitution of UK and USA is paramount. This course enables the students to learn fundamental laws of certain countries and to make a sound comparison between them.
