Course Description:
The purpose of one part of this course is to provide a strong conceptual framework for studying, understanding, and applying the theory and practice of organizational behavior. While the other portion explores the nature of organization and organization theory. This course on organization theory and behavior thus provides knowledge that helps people understand, diagnose, and respond to emerging organizational needs and problems of our educational institutions.
