Rural youth is comparatively more productive, inventive, supportive and fascinated to accept advanced technology for sustainable development. Due to ineffective mechanism of technology dissemination and existence of cavity among research and community, agriculture sector is no more appealing and productive for rural youth. This challenge is being faced by all of developing countries where youth is migrating from countryside towards cities for employment opportunities. This course is designed to provide insights for young extension experts to explore rural youth role in agricultural development.
