DESCRIPTION & OBJECTIVES:
To understand the basic concept of organizational behavior.To explores the principal concepts and tools of organizational behavior.To develop skills to apply knowledge and techniques of industrial and organizational psychology in a variety of settings, including business, industry, government, and not-for-profit organizations.
LEARNING OUTCOMES:
The students will be enabled to understand the basic concept of organizational behaviour. They will learn the knowledge about how principal concepts and tools of organizational behavior will be being explored. They will come to know how to apply knowledge and techniques of industrial and organizational psychology in a variety of settings, including business, industry, government, and not-for-profit organizations.
