- Week 6 Rocking and rolling exercises
- Week 7 Pencil ,log and egg /trunked roll
- Week 8 Conducting & officiating gymnastic skills
- Week 9 Mid Term exam conduct via MCQS
- Week 10 Individual and in pairs; Methodology of teaching the different kinds of splits, back arching and bridge
- Week 11, 12 Methodology of teaching the forward and backward rolls
- Week 13, 14 Coaching techniques about gymnastics
- Week 15, 16 organizing and teaching set of warm-up exercises or set of exercises focused on the development of motor skills (conducted by students)
- Week 17 Improving the performance pair and trios basic routines for best performance and demonstration
