Political developments have entrenched and expanded the European Union and NATO in a very dynamic and dominate way making the E.U. the most powerful economic force on the planet.                                                              
The course will examine these developments, as well as explore other important areas of political and cultural change in Europe, particularly the issue of making Turkey a member of the European Union
