Chapter VI of the Legal Practioners and Bar Councils Act deals in detail with the enroloment of the lawyers and thier righ to appear at different judicial platfroms with respect to their categories as mentioned therein. It tells about the elegibility criteria as well. in order to supplement the the provisons contatined therein, the Legal Practioners and Bar Councils Rules, 1976 are indispensible to study with it as to minute detail regarding the process, form, and enrollment of new entrants.
