Week 8 Enrollment of Advocate of Supreme Court
Supreme Court of Pakistan is the higest judicial forum of the contry. it is a constitutional body with its structure, powers and functions enunicate din detail in the Constituion of Pakistan, 1973. Similraly, the legal practioners entitled to plead before this apex forum reuqire peculair qulaities and dignified standing, therefore, the process of enrollemnt is done through the relevant forum of Supreme Court of Pakistan itself. Chapter VI of the Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Act, 1973 contanied provision regarding its process.
