Introduction to Course
This Social Science course provides the student with the tools to understand and evaluate individual, group and organizational processes. The student will also gain an appreciation of the relevance of the study of organizational behaviour to the practice of human resource management. Organizational Behavior (OB) is the study of human behavior in organizational settings, the interface between human behavior and the organization, and the organization itself. At the end of this course the student are supposed to understand to understand the principles that govern the organizations. The course is designed to have a clarity of individual and roup behavior at workplaces. The learner is expected to have improved in how to handle employees with different backgrounds towards achieving the corporate objectives.
