Food industries of Pakistan and their significance (lesson#3)
Third week of study will cover the content including different food industries operating in Pakistan, products being procesed by theses industries, role of food industry in national economy and various services offered by food industry to its customers and consumers. Students will also be taught the evaluation of moisture content of a food sample practically.
