Week 08: Legal Consequences and Mutawalli

Wakf is detention which is permanent and binding and enforceable by law also, any person interested may seek remedy in Civil Court. Office of mutawalli is very important in waqf, power can be exercised when there is a clear vacancy of mutawalliship or there is a dispute as to competence or eligibility of existing mutawalli.
