Week 2 - 3... participants of communication and elements
Communication is a two way process and it mainly involves the sender and the receiver. We can tell that there are two main parricipants in communication, the one who encodes the message is sender and the other person who decodes the encoded message is the listener or receiver.
The elements of communication involve the face to face communication, tone of voice, body language etc which determines the four types of communication styles. The styles of communication are, spirited, matrix, considerate and systematic which are discussed in my content for study.
