- Week 6: Introduction to DNA amplification and polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Gel electrophoresis of DNA
- Week 7: Pulse-field agarose gel electrophoresis, Southern blotting, Northern and western blotting, In situ hybridization, DNA microarray.
- Week 8: Transgenic Proteins, Organisms and Gene Therapies
