Week 14:chi square test

The statistical techniques presented in this chapter are used to test the statistical significance of the relationship between variables that have been arrayed in table format. If the patterns are significantly different from what would be expected by random chance, we conclude that the variables are related to the population. This conclusion will have a known probability of error, which is often set at the 0.05 level.
