The course is related to Theories of bonding and basics of nuclear chemistry.
The primary objective is to teach the students about every concept in detail.
The students will learn about the valence bond theory in relation with the hybridization approach to demonstrate the structures of molecules in detail.
The physical and chemical properties of molecules on the basis of bond type, intermolecular interactions etc will be learnt by the students.
The students will understand about application of molecular orbital theory to molecules in general and to those compounds in particular which are not explained by earlier theories.
They will learn about fission and fusion reactions with several examples.
