DESCRIPTION

Pakistan Penal code is a substantive law that defines offices and their related Pumshments. The Purpose of criminal law is to punish the criminals and to prevent recurrence of crime and there.By protect the students and add to welfare of state. This course enables the students to know  about the offences pertaining to public tranquility and peace.

Upon completion of the Course student should be able to know about:

• The offences pertaining to public tranquility and peace.
• Extensive overview of crime and punishments in Pakistan.
• Extensive overview of philosophy of crime and criminal theories.

RESEARCH PROJECT

A written assignment minimum of 3000 to 4000 words was assigned to students as Mid-term exam paper . The topics of the assignment were assigned to students in due course . The department has provided the detail guideline with regard to structure and format of the assignment.
