Introduction to Course:

This introductory course aims at developing communicative competence in learners  by focusing on basic speaking skills as well as professional skills in the context of technical environment in integration to make the use of language in context.

Learning Outcomes :

The Course objectives are to develop communicative competence in the learners to use  in professional s well as practice context in order to make the experience of learning English more meaningful and fruitful.

The objectives of the course are to:

  • Reinforce the basics of communication 
  • Understand the basics meaningful units of communication
  • Introduce the functional aspect of speaking
  • Comprehend language use
  •  To enable the students to write technical documents
  • To develop communicative competence and performance
