INTRODUCTION:

The issue of citizenship is currently topical. Governments have promoted teaching it in schools and immigrants are expected to pass citizenship tests to become naturalized citizens. Citizenship is frequently touted as the solution to a country's ills.Citizenship is the status of a person recognized under the custom or law as being a legal member of a sovereign state or belonging to a nation. The idea of citizenship has been defined as the capacity of individuals to defend their rights in front of the governmental authority.

Teach students the importance and role of active citizenship in promoting a productive harmonious and developed society.

WEEK 5 MULTI-CULTURE SOCIETY & INTER CULTURAL DIALOGUE.
WEEK 6 ROLE OF CIVIL SOCIETY IN PROMITING INTER CULTURAL HARMONY.
WEEK 7 SIGNIFICANCE OF DIVERSITY.
WEEK 8 ACTIVE CITIZEN LOCALLY ACTIVE GLOBELY CONNECTED.
WEEK 9 IMPORTANCE OF ACTIVE CITIZENSHIP AT NATIONAL AND GLOBAL LEVEL.

WEEK 11 HUMAN RIGHTS CONSEITUTIONALISM & CITIZEN RESPONSIBILITIES.
WEEK 12 HUMAN RIGHTS IN CONSTIUTION OF PAKISTAN.
WEEK 13 SOCIAL ISSUES IN PAKISTAN LIKE POVERITY,UNEMPLOYMENT,AGRICULTURAL PROBLEMS AND CHILD LABOUR.
WEEK 14 SOCIAL ACTION PROJECTS.
WEEK 15 INTRODUCTION AND PLANNING OF SOCIAL ACTION PROJECT.
WEEK 16 IMPLEMENTATION (ROLE DIVISION AMONG ACTION GROUP).
