Course introduction:
This is major and compulsary course designed so that students will be able to develop the job design and analyzing skills, analyze the management styles, resolve group conflict and develop human resources.

Practical
The students will be required to analyze their own management style using various techniques and participatory approaches. The students will also be required to develop strategies to improve their management styles.
