Student evaluation is a vital part of any educational process. In Legal education, evaluation serves two purposes: 1) to assess student performance and 2) to provide the information needed to continuously enhance each student's performance. The assessment component determines whether each student is acquiring the appropriate knowledge and skills to function as a competent member of the legal fraternity and is developing the values, attitudes, and behaviors that characterize the high standards of the legal profession.
The Law of Equity is consisting of four (4) credit hours. A wide range of assessment methods is available in the Law College University of Sargodha under the guidance and supervision of the Honourable Principal and his assigned internal Controller Examinations to evaluate the level of knowledge and skills acquired by students in the subject of “Law of Equity”.
The semester is divided into two haves based on 18-week studies. Distribution of marks is given hereunder:
Sessional: 20
Mid-Term: 30
Final Exam: 50
