- Week 1:- Understand the function of each logic gate and draw the electrical wiring diagram and construct the hardware connections for given task.
- Week 2: Spur Gear cutting on milling machine
- Week 3: Bolt making on lathe machine
- Week 4: To perform the Arc Welding experiment.
- Week 5: : Finishing of a surface on surface –grinding machine.
- Week 6: Machining a block on shaper machine
- Week 7:Experiment on tool wear and tool life.
- week 8: Mid Term Exams
- Week 9: Soldering and Brazing Experiment.
- Week 10: Drilling holes using drilling machine
- Week 11: Introduction to electrical sensors and relays and Testing proximity sensors
- Week 12: : PLC Familiarization (Hardware & Programming)
- Week 13:Study the constructional detail and working of CNC lathes Trainer.
- Week 14:: Introduction to jigs and fixtures and study of the Fundamental principles.
- Week 15: Introduction of CIM, PLC and CNC.
