Lecture 13: Postharvest Diseases of Citrus

Postharvest diseases cause losses of 20 to 30% to fruits and vegetables. Postharvest disease management is an important area of research in Plant Palthology. This section introduces two important diseases viz. Green mould and Blue mould of citrus.
