Introduction to course

This course is all about the legal matters while working in corporate sector or doing some other business. In this course there are discussions about different provisions of Company's Ordinance, and other requirements by SECP and registrar of the province or Capital area. This course deals in major corporate documents like Memorandum of association, Articles of Association and prospectus etc. Major past decisions of courts are also the part of this course.
